“Hey, I’m Tim, founder of Good Mood Training Methods.
My mission is to help people enjoy training again — to build strength without pressure and feel good doing it.”

A few years ago, I realized I wasn’t living as healthy as I wanted to. The gym scene felt too serious and stressful, so I started moving just to feel good again — easy, slow, and with control.
That change inspired Good Mood Training Methods (GMTM): a relaxed, mindful way to stay active, enjoy movement, and live healthier without pressure. It’s all about feeling good — body and mind.

Our Philosophy
At Good Mood Training Methods (GMTM), we believe that movement should feel good — but it should also challenge you.
Growth happens when you reach your limits, not when you avoid them. The key is to push with awareness — not to overdo it, but to explore what your body can really do.

Our approach is easygoing, slow, controlled, and clean. We train with focus and intention, respecting our limits while gently expanding them. No pressure, no ego — just honest effort and good energy.
